The year 2025 has been one for the record books at Kabob-It, and we closed it out with a major celebration, Kabob-It has been named a winner of the 2025 Chicago Star Awards!
Presented by the Chicago City Treasurer’s Office, the Chicago Star Award is a prestigious recognition given to local small businesses that go above and beyond to contribute to the economic and social well-being of our city.

For us, being a "Chicago Star" means our mission is resonating. This initiative was designed to uplift businesses that serve as the heartbeat of Chicago’s neighborhoods. To be selected from among the many incredible entrepreneurs in this city is a humbling reminder that our commitment to fresh, healthy food and community connection is making a real impact.
